I was skeptical to visit this location after reading some reviews. However, my experience was great! The girls at this location were very helpful, nice, and patient. One of the products I was looking for was not in-stock and they kindly helped me order it online with free shipping!

My mother-in-law and I went in to browse. She had never been, so she wanted to check it out. We had walked down every aisle and picked up products. Opened them to check the scents. As we were finalizing our decision on what we were going to buy, we stopped to smell another product, and an employee came over and spoke to her like she was a child with the plague. Telling her we don't open things if you have a question you need to ask. Now you need to hand me that, and I have to set it aside. Like she contaminated the overpriced lotion. We put down the things we were going to buy and left. We won't be back. If you talk to your customers like they are beneath you, you're the problem.

Melissa Martinez at the salon is AMAZING! Just look at my beautiful blonde hair. I was a previously fully highlighted blonde, with some existing brown strands that were dimensional. She was able to transition me to a beautiful cool toned full blonde, as you can see in the photos. No brown left. All blonde. She is soo talented. Zero breakage.

This store is clean and well organized. Every time go there i go with my teenage daughter. If we need something from the case we just ask for help. Employees are friendly and if you ask for help they will help you and spend all the time needed to find a product you will be happy with. I do not understand negative reviews at all.

Middle aged woman with purplish hair will follow you around the store like you are stealing if you are a person of color. I got what I needed and left. Would have loved to splurge on makeup, but we felt too uncomfortable to stay in a store that wasn't welcoming to all customers. That's unfortunate because I normally love coming to Ulta.
